| Balsamic Vinegar | 1/3 Cup |
| Olive Oil | 1 Cup |
| Black Pepper | 1/2 tsp |
| Salt | 1 tsp |
| Lemon Juice | 1 tsp |
| Dijon Mustard | 1 Tbsp |
Preparation

Pre-soak Black Mission Figs in 1 cup of water for 2 hours, then reserve the water for later.

Blend all ingredients until smooth, starting slow and adding reserved water if necessary.

Should be creamy and thick.
