| Brown Sugar | 1/2 Cup |
| Sesame Oil | 1 tsp |
| Soy Sauce | 1/2 Cup |
| Minced Garlic | 3 cloves |
| Sriracha | 1 tsp |
| Fresh, Minced Ginger | 1 tsp |
| Green Onions | 2 |
Preparation

Heat a large pan over medium - high heat.

Brown meat with sesame oil, garlic, and ginger.

Drain 75% of the fat, add in the brown sugar, soy sauce, and sriracha.

Cook until liquid has reabsorbed and the meat is shiny but not soupy.

Top with green onions, toss together and serve.
